What happened?

At approximately 3:15 p.m. CDT on 06/29/2009 a portion of the Rackspace Dallas/Ft. Worth Datacenter experienced a massive power outage.  This outage caused an interruption in website services and ultimately resulted in corrupted website databases.  All services were returned to normal operation at around 7:00 p.m. CDT on 06/29/2009.
